How to install Steam on your phone
Posted by Hacker News on July 12, 2018 02:39:07 The latest version of the Steam app for Android is now officially available for purchase on Google Play, bringing the game download service’s mobile app into the Android ecosystem.
While the app is currently only available in the US and Canada, users of those regions will soon be able to download the app to their devices.
This comes after the Steam client for Windows and OS X users was made available for download on iOS, Android and Windows 10 devices last week.
Steam has been a hot topic for the past few weeks, with the platform’s community rapidly growing in number as people have tried the new, streamlined Steam client and have been waiting for the Steam App to arrive for their devices, often in a matter of days.
The Steam App for Android was released last week, but only in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France and Germany.
It was only made available in those countries last week but the service will now be available to all users in the future.
As of today, Android users will be able download the Steam Client for Windows 10, Mac OS X and Linux, and the Steam Mobile App for iOS.
It will be a few days before the official Steam app will be available for Windows, Mac and Linux devices, but the game is expected to be ready for download soon.
The release of the game client for Android comes just a few weeks after it was announced that Valve had also signed a deal with Apple to release the new Steam client on iOS and OSX in 2019.
This follows on from Valve’s announcement last week that the company was in talks to bring the Android version of Half-Life to iOS and Android.
The Half-Time series, which is based on the popular computer game Half-life, is a popular franchise in which players take control of a team of heroes, called the Engineers, who must battle hordes of enemies across multiple levels.
The app, which also includes an official multiplayer mode, was launched on iOS back in December and the company has since been working on bringing it to other platforms, but now Valve is bringing the app onto Android.
